皆さんこんにちは
福ママです。
ダイエット。女性の永遠のテーマではないかと。
私は二人目を出産してから？年齢的に？食事制限や運動をしてもあまり結果が出ないと諦めてしまう。
そんなダイエットを繰り返しています。
ダイエットサプリに関する事柄を日々検索しても、ダイエットって本当に諸説有りで何を信じていいのやら。
最近話題の痩せるサプリの口コミやレビューはサクラ？やらせ？としか思えず
それにサプリって結構高いので、これで結果が出なかったらなぁと中々踏み切れませんでした。
それでも藁にもすがる思いで、モヤモヤしてるならやってみるしかない！と思い
サプリで痩せるなんてないないwって今でも本当は思ってますが、それを身をもって検証してみようと思いました。
今までYouTubeは見る側だったので、まだ撮影や編集も不慣れです。
